This turn-key system was taken from concept to installation on the customers floor by HTI
Four index driven turntable load/fixturing stations that present parts to mig-robots and allows operators to simultaniously load parts.
Four separate operations are coordinated between three mid-welding and one material handling robot.
System includes integrated in-process inspection station and cooling rack. All handled through the PLC.
